The conference will be held on 11th to 13th September in Maseru, Lesotho at the Avani Maseru Hotel.

To attend the parade of nations, it is MANDATORY that you wear a college gown.
The Eswatini chapter that hosted the previous conference will be providing gowns to rent (USD30/ R500) or buy (USD85/ R1500). Gowns are limited and will be on a first come first served basis.
- Lesotho is a landlocked kingdom encircled by South Africa. The Mountain Kingdom of Lesotho is set to celebrate its bicentennial this year, marking 200 years of existence.
- A major attraction in Maseru is Thaba-Bosiu National Monument. A major activity is horse riding.
- In September, temperature in Lesotho is expected to be highs of 24 degrees and lows of 7 degrees.
- Maseru mall and Pioneer mall, walking distance from the conference venue, will have restaurants and shops to purchase food and other necessities.
- Lesotho cuisine features likhobe (a stew with beans, berries, and sorghum), meat, and vegetables. Corn-based dishes include papa and motoho (fermented sorghum porridge). Basotho cuisine includes sauces, generally less spicy than other African countries. Beetroot and carrot salads are common side dishes.
- Southern African charging ports are a bit unique so it would be best to carry a universal adapter with you.
The Loti, denoted by LSL, is the official currency of the Kingdom of Lesotho. The LSL is pegged to the South African Rand on a 1:1 basis and both currencies can be used.
It is recommended to carry USD for the trip. The local organising committee in Lesotho is planning to have financial institutions available at the conference venue to facilitate currency conversion, though this is subject to confirmation.
